Most of my clients hold at least one of the following identities: neurodivergent, disabled, queer, kinky, sex worker, polyamorous, feminist, sex positive.

Emotion Regulation Starts April 19th
This emotion regulation course is one element of dialectical behaviour therapy skills training. These skills are focused on helping folks to understand, accept and change their emotions. This course is by and for quirky queers and cultural renegades - and you're especially welcome if you're neurodivergent.

This monthly subscription works through some of DBT's most useful skills. If you're looking for a class that gives you lots of time to reflect and practice this is the one! Join a wonderful group of queers and cultural renegades to learn how to be more skillful in your life!
Self Consent 2024

Find more ways to show up for yourself and honour your needs, desires and limits. This monthly class with help you to tune into yourself and to figure out what gets in the way of you being kind and compassionate to yourself. Some people will learn to let go of rescuing others, others will find ways to advocate for their own needs. Find out more...
2024/5 DBT skills for therapists and coaches

This monthly class is spread over 13 months and will prepare you to integrate DBT skills training into your practice. We will work through key skills together with a queer, neurodivergent and disability friendly lens. 
Interpersonal Effectiveness
Starts July 11th
This course helps folks work out what is getting in the way of their interpersonal relationships and how they can change things. It offers skills to address problems in relationships, giving participants more choice in how they engage with others. We will also talk about how to identify destructive and interfering relationships and if needed, how to end them. If you want to learn how to ask for help more effectively, how to say no, or how to cope with pushback, this is the course for you.
